In addition to years of litigation and appellate experience, she is trained in Mediation, Collaborative Practice and is an Arbitrator on the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Ellen takes time to understand her clients' goals and then works responsibly toward attaining them in the most cost effective and least destructive manner possible.  Her focus is on assisting clients to get through a dark time and difficult process so they can move on with their lives having gained tools for future success through strength and understanding.
