Robert A. (Bob) Sesti has been practicing construction law for over three decades. He learned about the construction industry early on when growing up working for his family-owned general contracting business. Over his years in legal practice, he has earned the reputation as an excellent construction law attorney.
Bob began his legal career in 1985 as an Assistant District Attorney in New York. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he sharpened his skills as a trial attorney. He later joined an established New York City construction law firm and rose through the ranks to Partner. There, he spent a decade practicing construction law.
He founded his own Firm in 1996 with a vision of providing affordable, sound legal advice and outstanding service. His vision holds true today.
Bob is admitted in the State and Federal Courts of New York, engages in mediation and arbitration, and has literally handled hundreds of construction law cases during his years in practice.
He serves as a member of the Construction Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA).
Bob has been selected a “Super Lawyer®” in the field of Construction Law every year since 2012.
