– We have prepared and negotiated construction contracts (in the millions of dollars downward) for owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects;

– We counsel clients daily with respect to construction issues;

– We have successfully defended construction clients against construction defect claims;

– We have filed numerous mechanic’s liens (private and public);

– We have bonded-off numerous mechanic’s liens

– We have initiated numerous proceedings to foreclose mechanic’s liens;

– We have initiated numerous proceedings to collect contract monies and we have defended against many claims of non-payment; and
